ARCHANGEL SCHOOL SUMMER SPORT CAMP 

August 24th-26th       9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Summer Camp Registration Form:

Our end of summer athletic camp will be a fun 3 days for your child! Starting with a 9 o'clock drop off, campers will be active ALL day. Weather permitting, we will be outside for 3+ hours during the day. Bring a swimsuit for some slip 'n' slide fun and sprinkler time! Campers will play tons of fun games such as capture the flag, hide and seek, kickball, floor hockey, basketball, and many more! Bring your own lunch and 2 snacks for the day! Pick up no later than 5pm!

       CAMPERS MUST BRING:                                                                              Optional:    

-Lunch!            -Swimsuit (if they want to do water play)                                        -Waterbottle 

-AM snack       -Sneakers (closed toed shoes)                                                          -Sunscreen

-PM snack        -Positive and friendly attitude                                                          -Extra change of clothes
